No change-of-mind returns
All merchandise and shop products are sold on a final sale basis. We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds because you change your mind, ordered the wrong size, colour or style, or no longer want the item.
Please check size guides, product photos and descriptions carefully before you pay. If you are unsure, contact us first — we are happy to help you choose.
Personalised items
Items made or finished to your specifications — including engraved, printed or otherwise personalised products — cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances, except where the item is defective or we made an error in the personalisation you supplied.
If something is wrong
If you receive the wrong item, or an item that is damaged or not as described, email contact@gtowntrails.co.za within 7 days of delivery or collection, with your order reference and clear photos of the issue.
Where we confirm a fault or our error, we will, at our option, replace the item, repair it, or refund the purchase price. Return shipping for approved cases is arranged with us first — please do not send goods back unannounced.
Collection and delivery
Risk in the goods passes to you when you collect them from the agreed pickup point, or when they are delivered to the address you provided. We are not responsible for delays once a courier has collected the parcel, but we will help you track the shipment where we can.
