Participant Waiver and Indemnity
By registering for the Hill 60 Sunrise Trail Run by Noom, I confirm that:
- I participate voluntarily and at my own risk and am medically fit to take part.
- I understand that trail running involves inherent risks, including falls, uneven terrain, weather, wildlife, vehicles, livestock and other natural hazards.
- I will follow the event rules and instructions of organisers, marshals and emergency personnel.
- I accept responsibility for my own medical, rescue and related costs arising from my participation.
- I release and indemnify Ama Wilderness NPC, G-Town Trails, landowners, sponsors, volunteers, contractors and event officials from claims arising from my participation, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
- I accept responsibility for any loss, theft or damage to my personal property.
- If registering a participant under 18 years of age, I confirm that I am their parent or legal guardian and consent to their participation and acceptance of these terms.
