BIKE WASH TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1.⁠ ⁠Acceptance of Terms By bringing your bicycle(s) to Amariders for cleaning, you (the "Customer") agree to these Terms and Conditions. Our manual bike wash services are provided with the utmost care, utilizing low-pressure, washing methods to protect delicate bearings, e-bike electronics, and finishes.

2.⁠ ⁠Scope of Service Our standard manual bike wash includes pre-rinsing, manual scrubbing using soft-bristled brushes/ cloth’s and low-pressure rinsing. While we strive for excellence, we cannot guarantee the complete removal of rust, oxidation, or deeply embedded stains.

3.⁠ ⁠Limitation of Liability While our team takes extreme care to protect your equipment, Amariders shall not be held liable for: Any damage occurring to improperly installed, loose, or pre-damaged components. Pre-existing scratches, rust, or paint fading that becomes visible after dirt is removed. Water ingress into bottom brackets, suspension seals, or electronic components, which inherently carries risk during any bicycle wash and any other damage that may occur of whatsoever nature to the bicycle.

4.⁠ ⁠Customer Responsibilities Pre-existing Damage: Customers must declare any pre-existing damages or delicate parts prior to the wash. Accessories: We are not responsible for unfastened or detachable accessories (e.g., non-standard mounts, loose lights, bags). Please remove personal items prior to service.

5.⁠ ⁠Payment & Storage All services must be paid for in full upon booking of the wash. Bicycles must be collected within before the event venue closes or within 1 hours of wash completion. If the bike is left unclaimed beyond this period, a storage fee of per day may apply. Bicycles left unclaimed for at the end of the event without prior arrangement will be considered abandoned and may be sold to recover costs. Amariders cannot be held responsible for security of bikes during the washing process.

6.⁠ ⁠Customer Acknowledgment I have read, understood, and accept the terms and conditions outlined above and by paying for this bike wash I authorize Amariders to perform the requested wash on my bicycle and acknowledge that I have no claim for whatsoever on Amariders.
